David Kirchner
David is the Practice Director of Templar Legal. Admitted to practice in 1995, after graduating from Murdoch University, David has throughout his career practiced predominantly in litigation for personal injury and estate matters.
David commenced his career at Hudson Henning and Goodman in Albany before travelling to work in the United Kingdom. Here he gained further litigation experience in predominantly London based firms in corporate and commercial litigation matters.
Upon returning to Perth in 2000 David commenced employment with Friedman Lurie Singh and D’Angelo, where he was a senior Associate, specialized in personal injury litigation matters, including motor vehicle accidents, public liability claims, workers compensation and medical negligence claims.
David gained further experience with the Public Trustee of Western Australia in Estate litigation matters, which involved acting for represented persons and Trustees in Trust and Estate litigation.
David commenced sole practice in October 2009 as the principal of the firm.
David has an interest in young family and loves water sports and has a background in agriculture with his family farming near Esperance.
Juliet Mugambwa – Senior Solicitor
Juliet Mugabwa is a senior solicitor who has extensive knowledge in personal injury compensation claims. Juliet was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia on 4 August 1992 and graduated with her LLB in Law at LB QUT University QLD and LLB Makerere University Uganda.
Juliet has worked for various large scale law firms, some of which includes United Voice, Friedman Lurie Singh, Stephen Browne Lawyers, Jackson McDonald, and Aboriginal Legal Service.
Juliet endevours to provide a compassionate and personalised service to each client of Templar Legal and has worked closely with the Practice Director, David Kirchner since 2017 to ensure the best possible outcome for each personal injury claim.
